Cancellation Policy
• Appointment reminders are sent via text and/or email 24–48 hours in advance. Please be sure to check your messages to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, or cancellation fees.
• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Any changes made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% charge of the booked service total.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
